Two in-house quality capabilities to monitor the rubber product from the Banbury mixing facility through the extrusion and finishing process. Our extrusion expertise, quality control and SPC programs make it possible to supply your particular extruded rubber product needs.

Mantaline extrusion facility utilizes both microwave and salt bath curing mediums. This versatility gives us many advantages in processing rubber compounds, outmoding old-fashioned autoclave curing methods.

Mantaline's finishing capabilities are the latest in technology. New electronic cutting equipment allows us to cut-to-length at high speed while maintaining required precision tolerances. New automatic corner injection presses are the latest in high speed/precision splicing equipment.
