The
Polymod process is used to reduce friction for almost any rubber
product. No additives added to the polymer. The process does
not adversely affect aging and chemical resistance.
The
resultant elastomers are not affected by temperature and pressure
fluctuations which cause internal lubricants to migrate. They
produce consistent friction reduction which results in linear
mechanical performance and reduced stiction in system operation.
Lower
friction results in lower wear, longer life and lower energy
requirements. Reduced costs are gained through lower operational
demands.
