All Seals has experience in the providing of custom electrical enclosure gaskets and seals for a wide range of industries and applications. Our primary focus is on the fabrication of electrical enclosure gaskets, NEMA enclosure gaskets, IP standard gaskets, and enclosure door gasketsdesigned for indoor and outdoor electronic sealing applications. Enclosure gaskets are positioned inside metal or plastic enclosure boxes, cabinets, doors and covers providing a sealing barrier between the housing and the cover of the electrical enclosure. The design and function of the enclosure can differ depending on material, size and factors needed for the application, for instance dustproof, waterproof, exposure to water and ice, chemicals, oil and UV. The general performance required such as dust sealing, wash-down protection, or submersion will also determine the best material for the enclosure gasket. Enclosure gaskets and seals are typically produced from weatherproof and UL 94 rated closed cell sponge rubber and silicone sponge gasket materials. The material's closed cell construction creates an ideal weatherproofing gasket for electrical enclosures and other electronic sealing applications exposed to outdoor environmental conditions.

5 IP52 Enclosures constructed for indoor use to provide a degree of protection to personnel against incidental contact with the enclosed equipment; to provide a degree of protection against falling dirt; against settling airborne dust, lint, fibers, & flyings; & to provide a degree of protection against dripping & light splashing of liquids. 5 = Protected against dust - Limited to ingress (no harmful deposit) 2 = Protected against direct sprays of water up to 15° from the vertical.
6 IP67 Enclosures constructed for either indoor or outdoor use to provide a degree of protection to personnel against incidental contact with the enclosed equipment; to provide a degree of protection against falling dirt; against hose-directed water & the entry of water during occasional temporary submersion at a limited depth; & that will be undamaged by the external formation of ice on the enclosure. 6 = Totally protected against dust 7 = Protected against the effects of temporary immersion between 15cm & 1m. Duration of test 30 minutes.
6P IP67 Enclosures constructed for either indoor or outdoor use to provide a degree of protection to the personnel against incidental contact with the enclosed equipment; to provide a degree of protection against falling dirt; against hose-directed water & the entry of water during prolonged submersion at a limited depth; & that will be undamaged by the external formation of ice on the enclosure. 6 = Totally protected against dust 7 = Protected against the effects of temporary immersion between 15cm & 1m. Duration of test 30 minutes.
