All Seals is a recognized leading converter of high qualitysilicone sponge gaskets, seals and custom silicone sponge products. Our company's reputation for excellence has been built on our ability to provide our valued customers with the most effective designing, engineering and converting solutions to meet their most demanding applications. Our main objective is to continuously exceed our customer's expectations by providing them with high performance gaskets and sealing products, competitive pricing, on-time delivery and exceptional customer service. All Seals maintains a modern manufacturing facility along with knowledgeable, technically-oriented professionals enabling us to consistently meet all your blueprint specifications and tolerance requirements.

All Seals produces precision die cut, water jet cut and extrudedsilicone sponge gaskets and seals for a wide range of industries and applications. These materials range from commercial to aerospace grade. They are mainly used for thermal shielding, vibration mounts, press relief pads, environmental cushioning and gaskets. These materials excel in any application requiring UV, ozone and weather resistance. Silicone sponge has a high tensile and tear resistance making it more durable than silicone foam. It is available in four grades; soft (5-9 psi), medium (6-14 psi), firm (12-20 psi) and extra firm (18-24 psi). This material is flexible and compressible, has thermal stability, non-stick properties and has ozone and UV resistance. It is available in many different formulations to give it low compression set, flame resistance, thermal conductivity, and fuel resistance. Silicone sponge is also available with fabric reinforcement to give it stability. Silicone sponge is available from 1/2" to 2" thick and can handle extreme temperatures ranging from -100°F to + 500°F. Pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing is available in standard or acrylic to offer excellent adhesion properties.

Saint-Gobain COHRlastic Silicone Closed Cell Sponge

All Seals converts gaskets and die cut products from Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics COHRlastic® line of closed cell silicone sponge gasket materials. Silicone sponge materials meet AMS-3195 or AMS-3196 specifications.

  • Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10470 (General Purpose Silicone Sponge)
Fits most applications, medium and firm grades, Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10470 closed cell silicone sponge. Color: Orange-Tan, Black/Gray (Medium); Color: Orange-Tan (Firm)
  • Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10480 (Low Compression Set)
Has a low compression set resistance formula, soft and medium grades, Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10480 closed cell silicone sponge has low compression set, soft and medium density. Color: Red (Soft); Color: Brown (Medium)
  • Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10460 (Flame Retardant)
It has a low compression set, meets UL94HBF flammability classification (flame retardant), UL 94 HB medium grade. Color: Dark Blue
  • Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10450 (Fibreglass Reinforced)
Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10450 material is Fibreglass supported and it provides dimensional stability. It is medium grade. Its unique construction has the compressibility of sponge with X-Y dimensional stability. Color: Blue-Gray
  • Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10404 (Conductive)
Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10404 is thermally conductive grade material for heat and cold transfer. It conducts and seals at the same time. It is great for heat sinks and printed circuit boards.
    Color: Light Green
  • Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10490 (Fluorosilicone)
Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10490 flurosilicone grade is ideal for high temperature and solvent resistance. It is best for applications involving oils and fluids that would degrade other sponge materials. Color: Blue
  • Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10400 (Flame–Resistant)
Saint-Gobain COHRlastic® R10400 is a medium grade, medium–density flame retardant, flame–resistant grade of silicone sponge that will pass UL-94 Flame Testing with V-0 rating. Color: Gray

Silicone Sponge Rubber Extrusions

All Seals converts closed cell silicone sponge extrusions for use as gaskets and seals under low closure loads in accordance with AMS specifications. Silicone sponge extrusions are manufactured mainly in a closed cell structure enclosed by a surface skin which permits very low water absorption. They offer excellent thermal insulation properties and remain functional within a temperature range of -60°F to 400°F, intermittent to 500°F. All Seals supplies four standard grades of silicone sponge extrusions including: soft, soft-medium, medium-firm and firm. We can extrude silicone sponge round tubing in diameters from 1/32" to 6", square sections from 1/16" x 1/16" to 4" x 4", rectangular sections from 1/32" x 4" to 1" x 10", and we can also extrude custom shapes and profiles to meet your specific requirements.
